Danny let me know he was on his way. He got here and inspected my washer. It was just a minor glitch he fixed easily. We spent more time talking shop than he spent on the machine. A really good guy.

The process to get to Sears Repair System is irritating because I get constant multiple repeat texts and emails daily until the appointment with no way to directly call Sears itself. Come on Sears -- you can be more user friendly than this! BUT the service man was pleasant, efficient and fixed the problem including fixing the spring that was incorrectly installed on Sears previous service call.
