He called twice before he came, was very respectful, checked the stove, pulled it out and said Circuit board was blown and they don’t make them anymore. So now I wait for First American Home Warranty to decide what they’re going to do.

Steven was great, only bad thing is the washer wasn't leaking and now not sure if it was my deep freezer.. but the service charge was more then acceptable to know nothing is wrong. THANK YOU SEARS SERVICE..

We originally called fahw to check a leak un Dec 2025 got this tech. He says washer is leaking and Parts were ordered delivered he returned 1 wk later after a banging,thumping,loud noises he said Couldn't remove something said he would return following week. After he left my floor was uneven a large bump a few feet wide and 6 inches high in our laundry room.after 3-4 appts canceled he comes back February 20,2026. He bangs, drills, thumps. I get an email saying here's what you signed. I never signed anything. He gets an attitude when my husband asks him about the signature. 4 hours after srriving. He says it's fixed. After he leaves inside the washer is covered with what looks like dirt but feels like rubber pieces.
