Sears doesn't tell you about the $299 mimimum charge only the $129 fee that is applied to the repair which is a lie. Bait and switch at the highest level. Beware. The part was $30.

Very friendly technician. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the replacement part, and returned to replace it. We were told dealing with a home warranty for service was going to be difficult, glad it wasn’t.
