Mike was on time, got right to work found out the problem and gave us our options. He was clear & precise with the problem. He also cleaned & serviced the dryer. We are very happy with Mike but Sears service did not send all the rights parts & sent parts that went to other appliances that we did not have!! But will use Sears parts again when needed! Editing o other parts for our dishwasher. Thank you Mike & Sears!😎👍👍👍
