Unfortunately a waste of time, tech cancelled first appointment, rescheduled with a 8am-5pm window. Arrived and looked at our microwave was gone out the door in 12 minutes. He told us to find an electrician and proceeded to bill $155. We initially stated the electrical and the microwave were popping and making sparks and this was the result, no repair but a fat repair bill. 2 thumbs down on this service call. I don’t even give it 1 star but the app requires me to at least add 1.

It has nothing to do with A&E. Sears repair service, you can never speak to a human. When calling in don't push option 8 for more info, as it will automatically cancel your appt. PS I was also going to be charged a looky lou fee, and the appliance is still under warranty

Lower right front dryer not attached. Loose. Tech asked me what needed to be done. Appointment time messed up twice. No live customer help and the chat did not provide answers. Worse Sears experience ever. Followed through and tried calling the number and got the same selection of options again. None of which led me to a live person. According to the recording, they couldn’t find an open service order for me so I have no idea what I’m supposed to do. It would be interesting to find out if the others who been told the same thing Ever received any further help.

Set up repair for Friday and after waiting half of the day for them they send me a notification that we have to reschedule. I set it up for Saturday and again after waiting they send me another message that they have to reschedule again. Worst service ever. Don't waist your time. I would give no stars if it would let me.

Technician said he would be there 20 minutes. It was 45 minutes later. He spent the entire time on the phone with another technician. Then to hear him saying he wasn't staying with Sears and had another job lined up. Then to find out it wasn't repairable. This was not his fault.

My ice maker was not working. The repairman came out first to identify the issue & ordered a new ice maker. He came out a 2nd time to install, stating it would work in 24 hours. Nothing happened. He came out again (3rd time), adjusted the temperature on the freezer, checked the water line (removed the fridge filter), and stated again it should work in 24 hours. It did not. He came out again (4th time - these are all Saturdays as I cannot do weekdays, and the appt is anywhere from 8-5). This time he ordered another new ice maker, and then came out a 5th time to install it stating it would work in 24 hours. It did not. This left him perplexed, and it left me frustrated and angry. Every time I call the Sears help line (which was a LOT), I get someone foreign who has a script to read and after 10 minutes on the phone, they want to set an appointment for another repairman. I set the appointment (I think this would be the 6th). Instead of coming to my house, he agreed that I should be issued a refund (except for the service call fee - not that I agree with this as I have given up 6 Saturdays and still have no ice). He stated the refund would be issued in 7-10 days. It was not. The customer service is atrocious, and I would never recommend this service to others. Look elsewhere. I am out $500, gave up 6 Saturdays, and still have a broken ice maker. UPDATE: I have contacted customer service several more times. After several attempts, I was able to speak with a real person who told me that the refund was 'requested' but not processed (the refund was originally requested in February - we are now in May). She (Clarisa) stated it would be pushed through and I would receive the refund in 14 business days. I did not. I called again and spoke with Max. Max stated that she could see the refund had not yet been processed and she would contact billing for me via email. When asked if I could be CC'd on the email, she declined, but offered to give me the email address. It was the same email I had already used to contact someone (twice) with no response whatsoever. She stated that billing will call me within 7 business days. They did not. The saga continues...

Purchased dishwasher new 7 yrs ago. It was dead on arrival. They had to order new pump which took several weeks to get. Finally got it an they installed it. Everything ok. Now 7 yrs later same problem same time frame to get pump only this time the repair guy said he could not get it installed. He tried for at least 45 min or more and gave up told us we should call someone else! I paid $482 for his service & parts. He said I would get a refund for the parts. Never got it. I called Blair’s hi desert appliance. They came out right away and within 5 minutes of walking in my condo he installed my new pump and dishwasher works again. Very professional, efficient and he told us what we needed to do so the pump wouldn’t freeze up again. We are winter residents. Definitely will use Blair’s again. Not happy with Sears at all and never heard from them again. Very poor customer service!

Tech was out twice, replaced different parts each visit. The issue has not been resolved. Sears service is a joke, there is no way to contact Sears service, there are no phone numbers or contact emails provided. I want my washer repaired or replaced. I purchased an extended warranty and want it fulfilled. Opened case in the middle of August. Tech has been out 3 times and replace 3 different part. The washing machine still shuts off in mid spin. Tech replaces parts, but does NO troubleshooting, nor does he stick around to see if the issue has been fixed. Worst support I have ever seen in 50 years.
