The Tech was awesome. Great service and spent time checking everything. I felt guilty having him come out. The Condenser coils were dirty and there was no issue with the compressor. He pulled out the fridge and showed me where to clean the vent and coils. The freezer drawer that wasn't opening all the way just needed a really strong pull to get the slide from sticking. He explained to me, and showed me how just a very slight opening of the freezer drawer would let warm air enter. This was why the freezer temp had gone up. Even though a light exists to warn you the drawer isn't closed, he demonstrated how it won't light if there's a very slight gap. The sticking slide may have been the cause. He told us to ensure we close it firmly.
