Micheal C. was sent from Sears Services to repair my GE Microwave. He contacted me prior to his arrival, and arrived in a timely manner. Micheal's email and mobile communications were professional and had no trouble locating my residence. Once he arrived; he inquired about the troubles with the microwave, evaluated the appliance, and fixed it. Michael stated, if the same error occurs again, contact Sears, and he would be happy to change out to a new keyboard component. I want to thank Sears for employing Micheal, as he possesses experienced service expertise, and top quality customer skills.
