Oh my gosh, we are so thankful! Our washing machine just stopped working today so we Contacted Sears appliance repair and it was Such a blessing to get our service man Jody the same day! He was very professional! And very friendly too! And! They had the part right on the truck, so Jody was able to get a washing machine back up and running! We thank you for being there for or us and for everyone else… We highly recommend Sears appliance repair!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😁

Michael was very punctual with the scheduled appointment and very knowledgeable. It took him five minutes to diagnose a problem and 30 minute to resolve the issue. I am very satisfied with Sears.

The repairman was awesome. The cost of repairs that sears charges is outrageous and unnecessary. I will not use your services anymore. You want over 600 to replace a fan motor… you are robbing people
