Can't say enough about your tech. But your scheduler socks. I had to stay at home for 3 days. My appointment was on the 31st. You sent a tech to the wrong address on the wrong day. Then appointment got the 31st was rescheduled for the 1st of November. Then you gave them the wrong address again. The wrong parts were mailed to my house. Tech great man. Sears scheduler socks. Your quality of service has failed completely. Hire people who are in the United States and speak English
