Jody came out the first visit early in the morning and assessed the issue and ordered parts needed. We didn't have to sit and wait all day for the repairman to show up. When he came to install the parts, we waited all day for him and he didn't arrive until after 4pm.

The technician was fine. He did his job quickly and efficiently. I really dislike the online scheduling system. The parts for the repair arrived within 2 days of the order (and before the repair appointment) but our repair service was rescheduled 3 times with no explanation as to why rescheduled. This meant that we went 2 weeks without a working appliance (dryer) that only took 30 minutes to repair. In the future, I would use a locally based repair service that has actual humans doing the scheduling.
