No written receipt. Jody said he fixed a wire on my dryer, serviced the washer, charged my card over $300 and left. Called their office, clerk advised me it takes up to 48 hours for a receipt. Didn't take that long to charge my card, where is my receipt stating what was done?

It took a couple of days for the tech to come and diagnose the problem. They also want you to wait all day at home for the appointment too from 8am - 5pm. They do give a call on the day telling a time estimate of when the tech will be there. The first time, the tech was an hour later than what they said. He was w/in the time parameter on the repair day. The tech did a good job and gave an honest estimate of cost and time, was friendly and cleaned up after himself nicely.

Seemed knowledgeable but did not fix issue. Told me to order different filter, but I am certain none will work as the housing is the cullprit

They charge way to much. Cost $99 to just give me an estimate. Wanted $357 to defrost refrigerator and open a drain. Won't call them again.

I went on line found phone # for sears. Called them and made appointment for Tuesday between 8 to 5. They finally texted me at 7:30 they couldn't make it up to then they were coming. Had to reschedule only gave me Thursday or Friday 8 to5. Had a appointment for Thursday so made it for Friday. Looked at phone & technician was on his way. Be there at 12 noon. Now it's 12:45 so I decided to go on with my plans. My friend just arrived and we passed him and he pulled into my house. His name was Jodi B. Very nice and polite. Was able to fix refrigerator fairly fast but to late for plans. My ice maker went out 1 day after the plan I was on. Called sears and the said they couldn't help me with someone to even look at it. So I went on to buy part a unit for door, a part for back, and a new filter for back. Over $600 later still doesn't work. While Jodi was here I ask him. He said I needed a new door. Heating unit that cost $1089. He was very pleasant but not impressed with Sears. Refrigerator died right after I got it and they only gave me half the food price. That was with there warranty.
