I don't like giving negative reviews, but I feel that I need too in this case. My refrigerator went out 3 weeks ago, the repairman ordered the part and the part arrived 3 days later. The parts sat for 2 weeks until the repairman could return. He made the repair and left in a hurry. Left the house with a foul oder from replacing refrigerant, cause a gouge in my wall. I was told to let the refrigerator sit over night before use. I did that and when I got up this morning, I had water all over the place, as the water filter inside the unit had blown off, the ice makers are not working. I will have to call for another repair. Oh and they left the okd parts for me to dispose of, i dont even know if you can throw this stuff in the regular trash. That after living out of an ice chest forv3 weeks. My wife is not happy with Sears or LG. Disappointed in Sears.

Ridiculous. Samsung sends you guys out just to tell me that there is nothing that you can do. And then bill me $147? You can't talk to anyone. Its all computerized. Tech was supposed to be out last week so I took off of work. I get a text message around noon to tell me that they can't show up. So now I took a second day off for a 2 minute visit so they can tell me they can't fix it.

Terrible service. They made 5 appointments and still have not fixed my stove. Twice they ordered the wrong parts. One appointment nobody showed up. Would not recommend Sears Home Services.

If you need repairs that last and in a timely manner don’t use this service. Week one diagnosis had to order parts. Week 2 repaired lasted 2 loads of laundry. Week 3 same diagnosis had to order parts again, get a message parts not available. Week 4 parts are supposed to be here on same day as appointment now the appointment is canceled. I rescheduled for Monday it got canceled now they want me to wait until Saturday week 5. This is the worst place I have dealt with trying to get service. You can’t even speak to a live agent it is all AI. If you choose to use this service good luck I would give them 0 stars if I could The number you listed is the same number I have been calling for a month. No real person all AI.

EDIT to add: The generic reply to this review is absolutely useless. You don’t think I’ve already done that!?! The phone number you provided and website do not help me. Something has happened, a glitch in the system, with my repair work order. The AI keeps saying it’s complete when it’s not. I still don’t have the parts that I paid for. Your computer system needs a human to tell it that something is wrong. Original review: You CANNOT run a repair business with AI only customer service. I'm stuck in limbo. Repairman came the 5th to diagnose and then the 16th to order parts. So I get charged 2 service calls when all I needed on the second was to order the parts (we had to wait for home warranty approval). I entered my card number over the phone on some number the repairman dialed on his phone. I paid over $600. Parts were supposed to be shipped to my house. It's been 2 weeks now. I have no email confirmation, no work order, no parts. Customer service is ALL AI now. When I call, none of their options apply to me. I dont have a work order number to enter, and when I enter my phone number it says it cant find anything linked to my number. Which is completely incorrect. Now I'm out almost $800 total and still have a broken ice maker. This is ridiculous! I have no choice but to dispute charges on my credit card.

There is way to speak to an actual person everything is done by text per to the visist. The first tech sent out was friendly and asked question. The 2nd tech was rude, complained about spacing of washer, and instead of explaining ways to fix issue pointed out cause and with no solutions to fix issues.
