Excellent Technician
The Sears Technician Jordan was courtesy and professional and quickly diagnosed the cause of failure of our KitchenAid Dishwasher (broke for more than 30 days) and successfully repaired the same. We will definitely trust Sears with potential repairs in the future.

Angel was courteous and pleasant during both visits. She was thorough in her troubleshooting to identify the issue and identified a potential risk. The process was very simple and straightforward to order parts (though too bad the technicians cannot carry parts to solve the issue in one visit). For Angel's return visit she was prompt, courteous, pleasant and very efficient in getting the new parts installed. I'm happy with the service and happy to have the water softener working again.

This Service Man was Excellent
After having General Electric out on its third time, this man finally figured out, the refrigerator cannot be fixed. Which is what I said to begin with. As the man prior, and the man prior to that two other men said it could be. I knew it couldn't when you can't start a motor in the refrigerator won't kick on for anything and it supposed to cool after seven weeks and nothing happens. It's toast. I thank you so much to Jose for contacting my home warranty to try to get this resolved, and I appreciate you trying to fix a refrigerator that was not repairable like I said. Thank you for being knowledgeable. I think you're the best one out of the whole crew from the general electric company from seers thank you.
