Very friendly and professional young man. Explained what he found wrong with my appliance and the process to fix it. Called warranty company for approval of part which was over his authority. Part ordered, returned 2 wks later, completed repairs. Very happy with this service provider.

Showed up when expected. Were very nice and located the problem. Fixed it and looks like everything is now good to go. Having an AC problem in the summer is never a good thing.
