Fast friendly did the Job. Only problem I have is there is no live contact with the company . I waited all day for a no show.. at 830pm they said it would be the next day for service Not good business ..call on the phone to let customer s know what’s going on

Servicemen came today to fix my washer/dryer combo. He was fast in finding the problem and fixed it!, there was still a problem with the drying , the servicemen cleaned it and said should work , the type of washer dryer combo takes a long, long time for the clothes to dry with this machine. Don't buy a washer dryer combo if you want fast and effective washing and drying, this isn't that type of machine. Thank you, Sears repairman for coming out quickly and actually talking to me about the machine.
