Best repair technician ever!!! Victor was amazing. Brought the correct part per the error code for our washer and very approachable and thoughtful! I will always ask for Victor when I need a repair!

Jacob arrived and opened the cabinet under the sink, moved the plug and the dishwasher Started right up. I was pleased that that was all that was wrong but $129 service fee should have been waived. Jacob as a technician was very considerate, helpful, and I appreciated him, Better than paying a whole lot of more money for something that broke.
