Francisco came with a student repair man and it was a good experience for everyone. The control board was replaced but it didn’t solve the problem. Francisco thinks that the fan needs to be replaced. So I will contact the extended warranty people and have them ship a new fan. I am disappointed but eventually I will have a stove that worker! Looking forward to having Francisco back to complete the repair.
