We had 2 issues with our Samsung refrigerator: it is not cooling and the ice maker does not work. The Sears repairman advised us Choice Home Warranty was hiding behind the ice maker repair request that was initially requested with them at the same time as the cooling issue. Choice said we would have to go to Samsung to have the ice maker repaired since it was responsible for the non-cooling refrigerator. Our Sears repairman said the ice maker issue and the fact that the refrigerator is not cooling have nothing to do with one another. Choice Home Warranty gamed the repair to avoid paying for it. We have been without a refrigerator for a week, and now after the Sears repairman came, it is still not repaired due to Choice's refusal to pay for it. We are more than displeased with Choice and will find another home warranty company immediately.

We don’t feel like they did much other than hose down our 20 year old air conditioner. 8 hours later and the temperature has only gone up from where we started

He was nice and worked really hard but I had to wait several hours to use dishwasher because he could not get all water out. The dishwasher is now working but the dishes are not getting clean all the way. There must be something else wrong besides the 2 parts he replaced.

Don't know if it was the tech or Sears scheduler, but every 2 hours their arrival time kept pushing out. It started at 9:50 am and they ended up showing up around 3:30 pm. Totally unacceptable!
