Brandon was very thorough while checking our refrigerator and did everything possible to find out what was causing the noise it makes when it starts to run. While he was here the noise had subsided, so he was unable to determine the cause. The refrigerator continues to run and cool and freeze but the noise, when it begins to run, still occurs. We will just wait and see if anything else develops. We did discuss with Brandon that it could be a fan making the noise and he suggested that would be easy to remedy. Brandon is polite, knowledgeable and caring and was sure that the refrigerator was put back in place carefully.
