The technician did a great job, unfortunately the availability of these techs is very poor. We have been trying to have our water softener repaired since November of last year. Sears would cancel our appointment and would move our appointment out to the next month. Thinking of purchasing a home warranty from Sears, think twice! Horrible customer service. Everything is AI and not very good.

Jose our repair person was wonderful and after 6 weeks and 3 visits my refridgerator was fixed. He came in, looked at the problem and proceeded to take it appart and repair it. He removed the blocks of ice and left the fridge in running order. He was clean, professional and pleasant. The company however has made it difficult to reach a human and uses AI who is not intelligent. I was disappointed with the service sears gave.
