I had a previous bad experience, with a repair of my air-conditioning unit. I felt the last technician didn’t do their job…He returned to the job with a coworker. .. and explained .. it was not intentional that it wasnt fixed.. my airconditioner is now working great!! They both did a great job!!!

The technician was great at notifying us of his arrival time and showed up on time. He was extremely informative and provided great tips for the use and maintenance of the cooktop. The Sears notification texts are great. Wish others had the same system.
