Tech was early, which is nice. He was unable to repair because of the age of my dishwasher. He was very nice and detailed with his explanations. I would recommend him again. If I would have started my warranty sooner it would have been covered with a replacement. So I also recommend getting the warranty. Especially if you have older appliances.

I had a broken filter unit on my Whirlpool refrigerator. The parts were ordered and when they arrived Sears scheduled a repair date. The technician showed up on time and did a great job with the repair. He was careful about not making a mess. I appreciated the constant follow up via email and text messages.
