Jeremy was a pleasant, efficient repair technician who handled the replacement of my dishwasher's heater element and control board quickly and completely. I appreciated that he ran a partial cycle to check for leaks after his installs were complete. Sears Home Services has been a good value for the cost, and I'd be more than happy to have Jeremy back for another repair should the need arise.
