I’ve been without a functional water softener for 4 months, with 3 visits from a technician over the last 4 months to repair, and my softener is still not working. Within 15 minutes of William leaving today, a leak appeared near the bracket between the shut-off valve and main tank (see attached photo). This is one of the same areas that was leaking before; however, new parts were installed prior to this new leak. I’m not able to reach a real person and have had very poor phone communication with your company during the last 4 months. However, today I received an email stating a replacement claim (#864215) has been created under my Protection Agreement (plan # 1207518500013). I am grateful for the claim being created now, but I requested (to your AI person) that a claim be submitted several months ago. I feel I have been more than patient with this issue and hope I have resolution very soon so I don’t have to file another complaint.

Absolutely worst experience EVER!! It took 9 months to get repaired 6 visits from technicians that ordered parts and the wrong parts kept coming. Then the technician would come back to put the part in only to find out they sent the wrong part. I would not recommend anyone to buy their warranty program from them Bill, my technician was perfect

Did not check the unit in the attic. I think there's some corrosions in connections per yearly checkup from July 29, 2925 from other AC contractor.

Stop sending emails saying you have started the work and you’re not even anywhere to be seen. Have been looking for installers sense 6AM today and all we have gotten is emails saying the install is going fine and no one even here or have not even received a phone call. My wife received email and phone calls saying the install is going great and she is in the doctors office unable to reply!!!

the scheduling team is horrible . The customer service is poor. Disorganized, irresponsible, lack of communication and unprofessionals. They messed up my appointment time 3 times . I got time off work that I did not need to due to the lack of organization and experience.
