Three technicians failed to repair the issue with my freezer, replaced parts, then the call center sent me through a loop of agents who all could not get me to the correct department for a refund of the parts.

Do not use unless you are bound by a sears warranty. Absolute worst service experience ever-for anything! Over a month of a total #*+! show!!! Customer service is outsourced over seas which makes it impossible to convey questions or address concerns. After a month long ordeal correcting the warranty issue the repair was finally completed. Only it wasn’t because after 48 hours the repair failed. Absolutely the most frustrating experience ever! Again if you don’t have warranty don’t use them. Use someone locally that you can actually call and communicate with.

DONT USE THESE PEOPLE! We have our original appointment with the part ordered for our washer. When it’s time for them to actually fix the washer, they never show. Rescheduled. Never showed. Rescheduled FOUR OTHER TIMES. Never showed. FINALLY had someone show up a few days ago to fix it just to tell us something else is wrong and ordered another part and scheduled us for another 2 weeks out! We have 5 kids and have so much laundry piled up it’s crazy. This is a full blown nightmare. Told to message the sears Facebook account for help and they reply on there that they can’t respond there 😂 whenever you call it’s just an Indian call center repeating their script. They can’t actually help you. Worst company I’ve ever worked with my entire life. Stay FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!!

The technician that came today to service our Dryer seemed to have an attitude. When he called to confirm his arrival time the first question was "do you want to reschedule" this after having to wait all day for his arrival! And once he came to repair we could hear the slamming of tools and parts. We understand that maybe he was over booked, but he should be more mindful of his manners so as not to make clients uncomfortable. Needless to say we always treat our merchants well and provide tips. That was his loss today! In the past we have had good service. Please do not schedule this particular technician if we should need service again!!

It’s too bad they don’t have stars in the negative because the service I got today would definitely be in that direction. Charles was absolutely rude and zero help. I told him we had a warranty covered from sears and he said we have to call them and he wasn’t going to do anything today. I waited from 8 AM to 4 PM for this guy to arrive diagnosed the problem and walk out of my house. Damn, when I tried to reach somebody for customer service came to find out there is no customer service line and no person is going to help you. It’s automated. So a word to the wise before you do anything with Sears home repair. don’t do it!!!!!

The A&E Factory Service company that Sears sent out were horrible, they did not follow up with Home Warranty Company and said that a part was out of stock when it was available everywhere. Took 3 weeks to replace an Ice Maker. Second time dealing with A&E Factory Service and they were terrible both times. Would rate 0 stars but that was unavailable.
