Mark was absolutely the BEST service technician we have ever had in our home! I appreciated him calling that morning to advise me of what time he thought he would arrive and then texting me he was on his way. He was very professional and really took the time to dig into our refrigerator to get to the bottom of the issues. He even stayed late to install the new part.
