Visal from Sears Home Repair was great. Called me with his arrival time and also received emails and texts. Communication was great and scheduling an appointment was very easy. Visal knew what he was doing and provided detailed information on the repair and upkeep of my A/C unit. Much appreciated his knowledge, expertise and advise. Gerando, showed up on time and very courteous. Explain the work he came to do , after the work was done , he asked if I had a load to put into the washing machine so he can do a test run. I just realized my washing machine is to hook up to your worker's wifi. I have also noticed.The light does not come on inside the machine and chime dosenot sound when the laundry's finish. Besides those situation , the machine works great , thank you.
