Booked an appointment, the tech showed up 6 hours early and left me a voicemail "This is Sears AR, I'm here, where are you"... At work, I set an appointment for a reason... Called their support line and after you get through the prompt tree which has multiple dead ends that just hang up on you, you reach an Indian call center that doesn't help, they just push you to drop what you're doing to show up whenever the tech wants to arrive despite an appointment. The "Sears Repair" name seems to have been bought out by a poor quality referral service for technicians with scam like undertones and zero customer service since they are hiding under the Sears name. Avoid this place. EDIT: Their team responded to this review yet the phone number they provided for resolution goes right to their normal a Tier 1 Indian call center that still refuses to provide basic customer service. Ignored basic questions and just kept pushing to book an appointment, after transferring to "management", (which happened to have the same voice...) they did the exact same thing. AVOID THIS SCAM.

I have been sitting here all day waiting for him to show up he called at 4:45 and said he had one stop left I'm still waiting. I just got an email that said customer refuse service I don't know where he went but it wasn't here then it shows the signature with the line through it he was not here that was not me I need service on my washer

The Sears service tech was unable to fix the problem. He said he didn't have the necessary parts, and said he would let my home warranty co know so that they could someone who could. I waited for over two weeks in a state of heat exhaustion. Very frustrating.

Horrible experience I had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment. My appointment was at 8 am to 12 pm. I took the day off so I could be here 12 went by still no show. Could not get ahold of any person everything is AI. They sent me a link to see where tech was. It said will arrive at 2:45. 3 O'clock passes still nobody checked 2 more hours it still arrive 2:45. Check link at 4:30 it know says 4:30 to 8:30 PM. 8 O'clock passes buy so I check the link again Now it says appointment is now for Aug 14th two weeks later. Needless to sat I Got very upset

He was supposed to diagnose and fix the issue. He did not do that. He said we had to go through our warranty but I already said we didn’t have a warranty.

Appointment was supposed to be from 1 to 5 pm. Tech showed up at 930 am when no one was home. Didn't call or text beforehand. Then the tech closed the claim saying we denied service.

I have never had service through you. The repair technician was supposed to show up on 6/20/2024 between 1pm and 5pm. No one showed up or called or anything. I did however receive an invoice for services that have not happened with my initials forged on the paperwork. Please delete the invoice from your records as this never happened.

I thought that because I bought my Kenmore water softener from Sears, their repair service would be reputable. My water softener is about 12 years old. I used A & E Repair Service about 10 years ago to get a small problem fixed. On April 1, 2024, my garage was flooded by my water softener, so I called A& E Repair Service again. A repair woman came out the next morning and was very informative. She ordered parts, took my money for the repairs and told me another highly trusted repairman would come as soon as the parts arrived. April 12 :The parts came on schedule but no repairman ever materialized. I called numerous times and was told they couldn’t do anything because their computers were being upgraded. They advised me to call back next week. April 23, 2024: I received a text that my service had been cancelled. Don’t use this so called service. They are dishonest! I’m going to report them to the Better Business Bureau!!!!

Worst service call of my life. I called Sears for a Kenmore dryer which quit working. The sent A &E Appliance to my house. What a joke. The technician (Gerardo) was rude, unknowledgeable and a poor communicator. I would never recommend using them again to anyone.
