Was super impressed with Choice Home Warranty for their fast reply to the claim I filed on July 4th. The next morning I heard from Sears appliance repair that a technician would be here between 8 and noon. By 11am, 2 techs arrived and once problem was diagnosed, explained what it was and that they had to order the part. Jose and Brian were the techs that day, and both were great. Jose was training Brian that day. After part was ordered it was further explained that it could take 10 days to 2 weeks for part to arrive, so an appt. to come back and install it was tentatively set for July 23rd, however, if it gets delivered (to me via UPS) sooner, I need to call Sears Home Services to have techs come back out to install part. Well, I received the part on the 11th and began that day to try and set appt for that to happen. What followed next was beyond frustrating having NOTHING to do with the techs. Several different #'s to call ALL of which were the same automated voice and options which kept letting me know that my part hadn't shipped yet!! I'm looking at the part!! This went on for the next 4 days. Having Choice send messages to you and getting same answer back (part hasn't shipped yet) until call Choice AGAIN, choice finally received message that a tech would be out on the 16th. He came, was wonderful and fridge is working great now. I don't know the guy who installed the part on the 16th, but husband said he was professional and quick, and we're extremely happy with your service techs! That being said someone needs to address your system to assist your clients who need a tech to come back and finish up repair by installing part that arrived. Not being able to book 2nd visit to finish because of getting NO RESPONSE, ( because you're so busy?!) would've been easier to understand and have patience with. Being told over and over, by a robot, that the part sitting in front of you hasn't shipped yet, having emails that were replied to with same answer is ridiculous!! Please look into this. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person you've serviced that has dealt with the same problem. Thank you
