* Dan was able to fix it today without ordering a part. I was grateful for him "repairing" the mistakes the other vendor did and he made it right. He was able to do C&M on the dryer for an additional charge and I felt it was worth it in how detailed he was doing the job. He offered solutions and explained the process of what my options were which I appreciated.
