William knew his stuff, he's very knowledgeable. A very talented guy. Learned a lot about making sure the appliances you buy have adequate supply of repair parts not just a fancy name.

Customer service was a zero. Took 3 weeks and several rescheduling due to their system having issues the only option was a phone system with 2 or three automated choices. First delivery was a broken part.

Had to wait a bit about a week and a half but he came out and totally worth the wait great experience very professional outgoing would definitely recommend
