John was great, and super helpful, but I had to take off a whole day b/c the window was 8:00 - 5:00. John showed up at almost 5:00. A 9-hour window is ridiculous! As it ends up I would not have had to take a day off.

Mike was courteous, called ahead, guestimated time and showed up on time. He was unable to fix my unit but did collect the $85 for the service call. Following up with Choice now....
