Arrived at time stated in text. Got right to work. Communicated well. Fixed problem. Took over 2 weeks to get appointment thru my home warranty company. Not pleased with that but repairman didn't cause the delay.

Eric was good, warranty awful
It took you almost 2 weeks to respond! Eric said the compressor was overheating trying to run since a capacitor was bad. Now you should change the compressor? You in your non-response caused it to overheat. This is an EMERGENCY, partner is medically challenged and we had to abandon our house. We will turn the AC on tonight as requested by Eric, allowing all to normalize temps. Then we'll see if it's fixed.
