The technician, Bernard, arrived as planned. He was very professional and efficient in diagnosing the problems with our ice maker. He installed The replacement part today and checked out the system was in working order. We are very pleased with Sears Service.

I would rate higher but f given the option. He was prompt. Worked fast, and kept me apprised as to what he was doing, what needed to be done, and approximate timelines. If there were other things to fix, I would have liked to have been able to hire him directly. Stupendous service.
