Bernard was friendly and on time. He diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator as a damper that would not open correctly. He checked the workings of the refrigerator over and discovered there was nothing else wrong as the previous technician had claimed. I appreciate Bernard's candor with what could have been repaired a month ago. I would recommend Bernard on any appliance repair due to his thoroughness and making the right diagnosis.
