The technician was great, very professional. My only issue is that you only offer service in Maricopa one day a week .

Jose was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! He came with a technician (female!) who was equally as impressive. He accessed the problem with my refrigerator and knew immediately just what to do. As he was repairing my fridge he was instructing his technician how to do these repairs and I, as a Retired Principal, was so impressed with his demeanor....he was explaining the reasoning behind WHY he had come to this specific decision. He showed her the schematics of the appliance and told her how to look up what and where certain parts were located. Both were polite and neat. I could tell that he really knew his stuff. Please know that these two employees represent your company well. They worked on and fixed my problem...it took them 2 hours. My hat is off to both of them. They ROCK!!!
