It was horrible. The gentlemen who installed was amazing. However your system automation. Is awful. Keep calling stating when my install was but was in the past. Kept repeating past date, and no one showed up. I was very annoyed with your sydtem

This number they have you call is a joke. 2 days last Friday and today Monday had appts and no shows. No way the 4.5 is right. 2 days wasted. And do not follow up with a sorry call this number cause it goes to same place.

My appliance warranty company contracts with this company for service. Had an appt, took a week to get it, appt time gives 90s cable install guy 8-5 was my appt time 😳, and then when the day came, the repair person never showed. I went on the confirmation at 515pm and it said this appt had to be canceled. Reschedule here (link). So I click the link and another 8-5 window for the 2 available days. I can't speak to their expertise, only this bad customer service part of things. I did not reschedule with them and cannot recommend.

Bernard, was rude belittling and condescending from the first time we spoke on the phone all the way until he walked out the door. I did not feel comfortable with him in my home. I would not recommend this company because of the tech.

Let me make this clear that I am not complaining about the technician who was only trying to do his best. My A/C was out for the fiest two weeks in August and no one seemed to care. The scheduling service is an absolute joke and would only provide zero helpful information: when my appointment date was--which was always scheduled way too far out for what was an emergency in 107-116 heat. A&E refused to care one iota and made Sears look absolutely terrible in the process. No point of escalation, no way to get updates while I was literally begging for them while in tears and exhausted, and I didn't want to start over with a new company while my part was on order. I will be avoiding in the future if possible. Find a new scheduling company; A&E is making you look REALLY bad.
