Representing Choice Home Warranty has been a disaster. We have had two appointments w/o resolution. The 3rd apptmt was canceled w/o notice. It will be in excess of 30 days, w/o a washer, since we put in the claim. Never again!!!!

Negative stars if the would let me. They use third party techs. No different then just using Craigslist/Angie's etc. except Sears gets in the middle and upcharges everything. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company but in the end you are just dealing with the 3rd party tech.

I will start with the rep trying to sell me a membership and gather my card number before even giving me a price for an assessment. When I called in 2 hour after making a temporary appointment and cancelled the visit, they never actually cancelled it. They do say you can cancel it online, but once you are ready to do so, the system has issues and suggests to call a representative. The wait time to speak to someone is 35, 46, 87(!) min… nobody has time to wait that long in the phone. Hope it will improve.
