Lowe's extended warranties are awful. Sears has done a good job as far as appliance repair on a horrible GE Front Loader that the repair man said it will only hold up for a short time but yet Lowe's does not want to replace the inferior product. Very upset with Lowe's. Not Sears technician was great. Only so much the man can do with a junky washer than cannot be fixed.

Repair tech is awesome! On time, thorough and very courteous. On the other hand, dealing with the “office” to try to get appointments, parts, etc is a nightmare. If the company I bought the warranty from had any other source than A&E I would never use them again.
