Even though it took 4 1/2 months to get the Parts not anybody at Sears’s fault it was all for the service was prompt. He called you text he was here got got it fixed we hope and and he was gone. Very nice. Gentleman was very accommodating and it looks great thank you

He knows what’s needed to be repair! Great attitude and service. Also great communication about estimated time of arrival, so you can do your day and not being waiting without knowing when they will arrive
