Repairman was great! However I do not like how we are not given a shorter time window. I was first cancelled on Monday rescheduled for today from 8-5 this is my entire day!! Then I was told they would arrive 6:45-7:15 pm. The repairman is scheduled too many jobs per day. This is unacceptable!! The last time I was given a timeframe of 1-5pm this was manageable. Our time is valuable.

My technician William was really good. Once he was finally assigned to the job, he arrived promptly and completed the assigned task. He also assessed the dishwasher overall and found that there's other issues, and so he is doing his best to help me. Sears, on the other hand, is very annoying in that they' schedule you for an all-day wait period and I didn't even know what time the person was coming until late in the afternoon. You can't call and get somebody on the phone; they just keep sending you the same text.
