The Tech was very knowledgeabl and found the problem quickly. The Part arrived a few days later. I am not pleased with how long it took for the overall repair. With missed appointments due to truck breaking down and trying to schedule the return visit it took almost a month to get this 15 min repair. Sears needs to look at better ways to accommodate repairs.
