I had to have four appointments as the first repair person was a disaster. Second repairman was much better but forgot to order the part we needed. I stayed home and missed a day of work waiting and found out at 5pm the part was not ordered and we have to reschedule. I wanted a Wednesday as that is most convenient for me. The would not. I had to pick a different day. Thankfully Bernard was sent to my home. He was great. Very knowledgeable and professional. If he was sent for my first appointment, there would only have to have been two appointments instead of four. I still recommend Sears and would welcome them for future repairs. Hats off to Bernard. He also gave me a tip on how to keep the drain pipe clean.
