Jessica is a very formidable service tech. After numerous tries to repair my refrigerator she nailed it on her first call. There have been a few tries over the last 2 years that have never diagnosed our problem. I commend her for her diligence and expertise in getting to the bottom of the original problem which has previously misdiagnosed a few times in the past!
