Came out and looked at our GE Profile Washer Dryer Combo and even though I had already cleaned the minor lent said to clean the lint and try it again. Said it might need to have the top end replaced and made a bunch of excuses as to why I didn’t want to have that done. After he left without even running the dryer I put a load of clothes in and ran a wash and dry cycle. Still the exact same, still not drying. Now trying to get hold of repair to get a different tech to come out and diagnose what is really wrong.

He is super nice but he’s been here 3 times and the washer still isn’t fixed!!! I’ve been going to the laundromat for over 3 weeks!!!

He was responding to a Whirlpool refrigerator with a bad compressor. When he got there he said there were wiring issue left behind from the previous tech that Whirlpool sent. So he did absolutely nothing.

The service technician was great and got me fixed up quick. The issue I have is with the company and their policy. When they schedule your service date, they give you a technician arrival window of 8:00am - 5:00pm. I called the day before (and after 28 minutes on hold) was told that they wouldn’t have an actual expected time of arrival until the morning of the service when the technician is already on their route.
