Our service technician, Eli, I believe his name is, was great! He answered my questions in a clear way. My only concern is that I was not called in the morning with an estimated time of arrival. I was however called when he was 40 minutes out. I would have appreciated an estimated time so I didn’t have to stay home from 8:00 a.m. until his arrival at 3:30. Other than that, it was good service.
