The repair guy was great. Polite, professional very helpful. I'm 74 and he took his time and explained everything so I could understood what he was doing. Give him a raise.

Joel was knowledgeable and thorough while repairing our refrigerator. He removed all of the ice that had formed through all areas of the freezer section front and back. I was quite impressed with him. He communicated well and was friendly.
