Repairman Raymond Springer did a great job on diagnosing and repairing our Kenmore upright freezer. His advice of repair rather than replace at today's prices saved me several hundred dollars. With a God wink we will have this freezer another ten years. My only complaint was the difficulty with the company's service appointment system. It needs an update.

He came in, had to re-diagnose it because the parts that the original tech ordered did not fix my dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable and had wonderful customer service skills. I highly recommend.
