Rafael is the only tech from sears that has told me the truth & he shows up knocks on the door & calls not just call like most of the other techs they never show up just send a unexcused text saying they had to cancel.

I was very pleased with the work done to my garage ready GE refrigerator freezer. My technician was very thorough, discussed with me regarding the coils and was personable and professional. He had a very good personality. He seems to b e a great young man.
