Very professional well trained. Disappointed that the replacement part was NOT a OEM part but rather a knock off from Amazon. Plus you charged me for a OEM ( part cost $ 33.00 you charged me $ 128.00 for it.

I can’t imagine giving the technician 5 stars, because he actually did nothing to correct the problem with my Dryer. I explained to the person which took the complaint that it’s electrical. There wasn’t any electricity diagnose just a service charge $65.00. I called Sears service repair without any reimbursement or funds. I had to call an electrician to resolve the problem with my Dryer.
